Aqua, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, cetyl alcohol, glycol stearate, glyceryl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, arnica oil, dimethicone, bis-vinyl dimethicone/dimethicone copolymer, phenoxyethanol, polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, laureth-7, aloe vera, bromelain, magnesium sulfate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), niacin, sunflower lecithin, Zingiber officinale extract (ginger root extract), sodium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C), camphor, menthol, gamma-aminobutyric acid, Cannabis sativa seed oil, Boswellia serrata extract, Ganoderma lucidum (mushroom) extract.
Suggested use
Apply a small amount to skin as desired.

Keep away from excessive heat or flame. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds, damaged, or irritated skin. Do not use with a heating pad. Wash hands after use. Discontinue if redness or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
